Titanium pipe fittings
Titanium elbows, tees, reducers, stub ends, crosses and caps to ASTM B363 and ASME B16.9, from ½ inch to 1,800 mm. Butt-weld, threaded and socket-weld types made to order.
Overview
Erosion, friction and extreme temperatures at bends and branches are where pipelines usually fail first. Titanium fittings resist that attack and complete a titanium piping system without weak points.
CSM Group produces around 2,000 tons of titanium fittings a year to ASME, MSS, JIS, EN, ISO and AS standards, and will manufacture to your own specification or drawing.
Typical applications
- Elbows: 45°, 90° and 180°, long or short radius
- Tees and crosses: equal and reducing
- Reducers: concentric and eccentric
- Stub ends, caps, tube sockets and drive pipe
