Titanium flanges
Titanium flanges to ASTM B381 and ASME B16.5 / B16.47, Class 150 to 2500 and DN15 to DN2000, for corrosive process and seawater pipework. Standard and non-standard flanges made to order.
Overview
Titanium flanges combine high strength for their weight with excellent corrosion resistance, so they hold up in the harshest process, seawater and offshore environments. They are a natural match for titanium pipe and tube systems.
Flanges are forged and machined to ASME, ANSI, JIS, EN and DIN dimensions, and non-standard flanges can be made to your drawing, including integral, flat-weld, weld neck and threaded designs.
Typical applications
- Seawater and cooling water systems
- Chemical and petrochemical process piping
- Thermal and nuclear power generation
- Offshore, marine and shipbuilding
